حَدَّثَنَا الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ ابْنَةَ النَّضْرِ، لَطَمَتْ جَارِيَةً، فَكَسَرَتْ ثَنِيَّتَهَا، فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِالْقِصَاصِ.
Traduction
Rapporté par Anas : La fille d’An-Nadr a giflé une autre fille et lui a cassé une dent. Les proches de cette fille sont allés voir le Prophète (ﷺ), et il a ordonné l’application du Qisas (égalité dans la punition)
