Browse the "Courses" section, use filters to find topics that interest you, click on your desired course, and press the "Enroll" button. Free courses are immediately accessible; paid courses require checkout.

Yes. Every imam and scholar on our platform goes through KYC verification, including credential and certificate checks. Only approved teachers can publish courses.

Many courses offer completion certificates. Check the course details page — courses marked with a certificate icon will issue one automatically once you complete all modules.

Each day a new Islamic lesson is unlocked on your dashboard. Complete it to earn XP, maintain your streak, and climb the leaderboard. Missing a day resets your streak, so stay consistent!

Absolutely. All enrolled courses remain accessible in your dashboard indefinitely. You can pause, resume, and revisit lessons anytime. Live classes have scheduled times but recordings are usually available.

Our platform is fully mobile-responsive and works beautifully on any device. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Register with the "Imam / Scholar" role, complete your profile, and submit your KYC documents (ID, ijazah, certificates, or credentials). Once an admin reviews and approves your application, you can publish courses, accept student enrollments, and connect with mosques.

You will need: (1) Government-issued photo ID, (2) Islamic education certificates or ijazah, (3) A short bio, and (4) Optional: recommendation letter from a recognized institution. All documents are encrypted and stored privately.

Most applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If any documents are unclear, our team will contact you via email to request clarification.

Yes. You have full control — offer courses for free or set your own price. Our platform takes a small commission to cover hosting, payment processing, and support costs.

Earnings accumulate in your dashboard. You can request withdrawals once your balance reaches the minimum threshold. Payments are processed to your registered bank account or supported payment method within 7-14 business days.

Yes. If you are the designated representative of a mosque, you can register it directly. Otherwise, you can be linked as a "resident imam" or "associated scholar" after the mosque representative approves your request.

Visit the "Register Mosque" page, fill in the mosque details, upload verification documents (representative ID, registration certificate, optional utility bill), and submit. An admin will review and approve within 3-5 business days.

You will need: (1) Representative's government ID (front & back), (2) Mosque registration certificate (front & back), (3) Optional: utility bill for address verification, and (4) Optional: up to 4 photos of the mosque.

When registering (or editing) your mosque, opt in to the donation program and provide a donation admin email plus bank/payment details. Our team verifies these privately, and once approved, a "Donate" button appears on your public mosque page.

Yes. You can edit your mosque details anytime from your representative dashboard. Major changes (like name or address) may trigger a re-approval review to keep community data accurate.

In the mosque registration form, provide your Mawaqit URL (e.g., https://mawaqit.net/en/m/your-mosque). If you don't have one, we display a default schedule until you set it up.

Only our authorized admin team can view your verification documents. They are stored on secure servers with strict access controls, encrypted at rest, and are NEVER shown publicly or shared with other users.

No. Your government ID number, KYC documents, and bank/payment details are always private. Only the information you explicitly mark as public (like your name, bio, city, and profile photo) is visible to other users.

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection, rate limiting, and regular security audits. We never sell your data to third parties.

Yes. You can request account deletion from your settings. We will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain (e.g., financial records).

We only share data with essential service providers (payment processors, email delivery) under strict agreements. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing.

All uploaded KYC documents are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of account closure. Backup copies are purged on the regular cycle (up to 90 days).

Accuracy & Verification

Every mosque and imam on our platform goes through manual admin review. We verify government-issued IDs, registration certificates, ijazahs, and cross-check public records where possible. Verified listings show a green checkmark badge.

The mosque representative is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information. Our admin team reviews it before publishing, but if you spot an error, please use the "Report" button on the mosque page.

Click the "Report" button on any mosque, imam, or course page. Our team investigates every report and updates or removes content within 48 hours if a violation is confirmed.

Any listing found to be fraudulent is immediately removed, and the submitter is banned. Suspicious activity is logged and reported to appropriate authorities when necessary.

Prayer times are provided by the mosque or pulled live from Mawaqit. If a mosque hasn't provided times, a default schedule is shown as a placeholder. Always confirm with the mosque directly before relying on them for prayer.

Mosque representatives can update data anytime. Admins also re-review major edits. Reports from users trigger priority checks. We recommend representatives review their listings every 6 months.

Donations & Payments

5 questions

Visit the mosque directory, open a mosque page, and click the "Donate Now" button. If the mosque has enabled a verified donation program, you'll see the approved bank/payment details and contact email.

No. We do not handle money transfers. All donations go directly from you to the mosque using the bank/payment details shown on the mosque page. Always confirm with the mosque before sending.

We verify each mosque's registration and donation details manually. Only after admin approval does the "Donate Now" button appear publicly. We strongly recommend contacting the mosque directly to confirm receipt.

Tax receipts are issued by the mosque, not by our platform. Please contact the mosque directly for a receipt after your donation.

Report it immediately using the "Report" button on the mosque page or via our Contact page. We take fraud extremely seriously and will investigate within 24 hours. If confirmed, we permanently ban the offender and may alert authorities.
